Burgeon outdoor bleacher consist of aluminum bench, aluminum bleacher, angle frame bleacher, demountable bleacher and I beam bleacher which give clients differetn options.

Burgeon fixed or permanent grandstands Angle Frame Bleacher is one of the benchmark of the bleacher industry. By using the best materials and the most innovative designs, our bleachers are recommended by quality-and safety-conscious owners.

This Angle Frame Bleacher is carefully engineered for safety, easy assembly, and durability. The hot galvanized or powder coated framework is combined with anodized aluminum seat planks and mill-finished foot planks. It meets the rigors of daily use, both indoors or outdoors, with little or no maintenance for years to come. Except the aluminum seat planks, polymer chairs are also available upon request.

1. Understructure

  • Frame : Prefabricated 50*5mm steel angle joined by means of steel angle cross bracing. Each frame shall be unit-welded, using metal inert gas method to form into trapezium shape.
  • Bracing : Adopt 50*5mm steel angle cross & horizontal bracing
  • Hardware : Stainless bolts and nuts; Anodized Aluminum Alloy Cramp Bracket
  • Surface Treatment : Grey Outdoor Powder coating

2. Decking & Accessories

  • Double Deck : 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Foot Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance
  • Cramp Bracket : Anodized Aluminum Alloy Cramp Bracket

3. Seat Option

  • Aluminum Seat Plank : 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Seat Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance.

4. Safety Railing

  • End & Rear Railing : End & Rear Rails includes 75*5mm vertical angle bars, 42mm steel pipe and 3.5mm plastic coated wires.
